FOR WOMEN WHO AREN’T DONE YET.

YOUR LIFE WORKS. BUT DOES IT TURN YOU ON?

Marta Kagan laughing in a rose-gold sequin top in a living room, one arm flung out wide

You built the career. Raised the kids. Survived the shit. Did the therapy. Read the books. Learned the language. Became the woman everyone counts on.

And maybe your life is even pretty fucking good.

But somewhere underneath all that competence, gratitude, perspective and hard-won wisdom is a quieter truth:

You want to feel more alive than this.

More turned on.
More hungry.
More playful.
More expressed.
More surprised by your own life.

Not because something is wrong with you.

Because you’re still fucking here.

Meet Marta →

YOU’VE ALREADY DONE A LOT OF WORK ON YOURSELF.

Which is precisely why another list of morning practices, journal prompts or reminders to “choose yourself” probably isn’t what you’re looking for.

You know you’re allowed to have boundaries.
You know pleasure matters.
You know your needs count.
You know you’re not supposed to spend your whole fucking life making everybody else comfortable.

Knowing isn’t necessarily the problem.

Because you can understand something completely and still have no idea what it feels like to live it when the stakes are real.

To say the thing when someone might be disappointed.
To stay with a desire before explaining why it isn’t practical.
To let yourself be seen without immediately becoming more palatable.
To receive pleasure without performing it.
To want something without first building a legal case for why you’re allowed.

That’s where my work lives.

Not in giving smart women more things to understand.

In creating experiences where what you already know becomes something you can actually feel, practice and trust.

I LISTEN FOR THE PART YOU EDITED OUT.

Marta Kagan working face to face with a woman during a session

I’m Marta.

And one of the things I’m unusually fucking good at is hearing the intelligent, reasonable, beautifully explained version of a woman’s story…

…and noticing the thing underneath it.

The want she minimized.
The anger she made reasonable.
The boundary she turned into a question.
The grief she converted into gratitude.
The desire she has explained away so many times she can barely hear it anymore.

I don’t tell women what their truth is.

I get curious about the places where their words and their aliveness stop matching.

And then we work with more than the story.

We work with sensation. Desire. Pleasure. Eros. Movement. Voice. The body. Other women. The exquisite discomfort of telling the truth and not immediately taking it back.

Because sometimes the next thing you need isn’t another insight.

It’s evidence.

Evidence that your body still responds.
That desire isn’t gone.
That pleasure is available.
That you can survive someone’s disappointment.
That you can feel intensity without abandoning yourself.
That the woman you thought you’d lost is actually still right fucking there.

I KNOW THIS TERRITORY BECAUSE I’VE LIVED IT.

Marta Kagan in Iceland

By my early fifties, I had built businesses, helped startup founders raise more than $100 million, raised two extraordinary kids, gotten sober, earned a master’s degree in physical therapy, trained in yoga and meditation, and reinvented myself more times than I could count.

I knew how to do hard things.

What I didn’t know was how much of that strength I was using to tolerate a life that was slowly draining me.

I could explain why things were the way they were.
I could understand everyone involved.
I could keep going.
And I could call that strength.

Until I couldn’t anymore.

What changed my life wasn’t another piece of information.

It was having direct, embodied evidence that the erotic, outrageous, hungry, playful, fully fucking alive woman in me wasn’t gone.

I could feel her again.

And once I could, I couldn’t un-know what I knew.

That changed what I was willing to tell myself was good enough.

And the life that followed got bigger, stranger, sexier, more honest and far more mine.

Marvelus exists because I know how easy it is for a powerful woman to use her power to endure.

I’m much more interested in what happens when she starts using it to live.

PLEASURE ISN’T THE PRIZE YOU GET AFTER YOU FINISH BEING RESPONSIBLE.

Marta Kagan laughing in a doorway in a green velvet dress

It’s information.
It’s appetite.
It’s life force.
It’s one of the ways your body tells you yes, this and not fucking that.

And erotic aliveness isn’t only about sex.

It’s about how much of yourself you can inhabit.
How deeply you can feel.
How honestly you can want.
How freely you can express.
How much beauty, grief, joy, hunger, anger, intimacy, play and possibility you are willing to let move through you.

I am not interested in helping women become slightly more optimized versions of the people they’ve already learned to be.

I want more life.

And if you’re here, I suspect you do too.

WANT TO EXPERIENCE THE WORK?

A one-hour erotic activation for the accomplished woman whose life works better than it feels.

Marta Kagan laughing in a flame-print bodysuit

You do not have to blow up your life.

You do not have to arrive with some grand declaration about what you want.

For one hour, stop analyzing the woman you’ve become and meet her in your body.

OH FUCK, THERE SHE IS is a guided, on-demand experience designed to interrupt the endless thinking and give you direct access to sensation, desire, expression and aliveness.

Not someday.

AND IF YOU ALREADY KNOW YOU WANT THE DEEPER ROOM…

FUCK YES.

A prior FUCK YES cohort together on a Zoom closing ceremony call

There is a point where recognizing yourself is no longer enough.

You want somewhere to practice.

To tell the truth before you’ve cleaned it up.
To be challenged without being shamed.
To feel desire without immediately negotiating it away.
To experiment with being more visible, more expressed, more erotic, more honest, more fully yourself — with other women doing the same.

FUCK YES is my live group initiation for accomplished women who are ready to stop studying aliveness and start fucking practicing it.

This is not a course you buy and disappear into.

It’s a room.

A potent one.

I see you. I interrupt the pattern. We work with what is actually happening — in real time, in your body, in relationship, in the room.

And you begin collecting your own evidence about who you are when you stop automatically choosing the edited version.

The next FUCK YES begins January 2027.

Applications aren’t open yet.

But if something in you just sat up a little straighter:

No mandatory sales call. When enrollment opens, you’ll be able to read the details and decide whether the room is yours.

WHAT HAPPENS IN MARTA’S ROOMS?

“I saw how bold and daring Marta was in her presence, and I knew I needed that challenge. Through our work, I became more embodied, more confident in my sensuality, more playful and experimental — and better able to trust what my body actually knew.”

— ANASTASIA

“I’m learning how to let go of control and do what feels right — what feels good. I’m moving my body, allowing the anxiety and the not-enoughness, and moving through it with the tools I’ve learned from Marta.”

— MARCIA

“YOU’RE SO DIFFERENT THAN YOU WERE A YEAR AGO. WHAT DID YOU DO?”

People in Marcia’s life began asking her.

“I honestly feel changed after these three months together, both inside and out. Marta pushed me into new thoughts and new physical explorations I had never experienced before.”

— CHRISTINA

“Marta created such a beautiful container with so much care, love and passion. I came out of the work feeling softer and more relaxed — and more powerful at the same time.”

— KIEREN

BECAUSE SOME THINGS CHANGE FASTER WHEN OTHER WOMEN ARE IN THE ROOM.

Women of the Sensual Sisterhood together

For a lot of us, competence became a solo sport.

We learned how to handle it.
Figure it out.
Keep moving.

Maybe even become the woman everybody else calls when their shit falls apart.

Sensual Sisterhood is the free community Barbara Katsnelson and I created for women who want a different kind of room.

Not performative positivity.
Not a feed full of strangers dropping inspirational quotes at each other.

A place to talk honestly about desire, bodies, relationships, pleasure, aging, sex, power, identity and what the fuck we’re doing with the rest of our lives.

Come listen.
Come talk.
Come lurk until you don’t want to lurk anymore.

The Sensual Sisterhood community feed on Skool, with member posts, comments and an upcoming live Pleasure Practice

A FREE ONLINE COMMUNITY FOR WOMEN WHO WANT MORE LIFE, MORE PLEASURE + MORE OF THEMSELVES.

WANT TO LISTEN BEFORE YOU COME ANY CLOSER?

Perfect.

THE SENSUAL SISTERHOOD PODCAST

Barbara and I have the conversations women are already having in their heads — only louder, funnier, more honest and considerably less well behaved.

Sex. Desire. Consent. Bodies. Relationships. Other women. Midlife. Power. The shit we know intellectually and still struggle to practice when it becomes personal.

No “five tips to love yourself.”
No pretending we’ve transcended being human.

Just smart women getting very fucking real about what it means to be alive in a female body.

Five minutes.

Your body.

Let’s see what happens.

YOU ARE NOT TOO OLD. YOU ARE NOT TOO MUCH. AND YOU ARE DEFINITELY NOT FUCKING DONE.

Marta Kagan sprawled across a giant throne in a purple hat

I don’t know what becoming more alive will change for you.

    Neither do you.

    That’s part of the point.

Maybe it changes how you have sex.
Maybe it changes what you ask for.
Maybe it changes how you dress, lead, create, love, rest, speak, choose, flirt, travel, move through a room or inhabit your own skin.

    Maybe nothing needs to explode.

    Maybe something does.

We don’t decide that from here.

We start by finding out what is actually alive in you.

And then we stop pretending we can’t hear her.
