Do I need to be on camera?
If you attend live, please plan to have your camera on. Being witnessed and contributing your presence to the room are meaningful parts of the experience. You may turn it off briefly whenever privacy, technology or your own needs require it. You will always remain responsible for honoring your boundaries.
What will I be asked to do?
You’ll be guided through music, movement, breath, sound, sensation, Brags and desire. Every practice is invitational, and you choose your own level of participation. You will never be pressured to perform, reveal something private or cross a boundary.
What if I am not currently partnered or sexually active?
Perfectly fine. This work centers your relationship with your own aliveness. It does not require a partner, a dating life or any particular sexual experience.
What if I feel numb or do not feel much?
You do not need to arrive activated. Subtle sensation, resistance, emotion and even “I don’t know” are all honest starting places. Nothing will be forced or interpreted for you.
Will the session be recorded?
The teaching and guided portions will be recorded for the 72-hour replay. Participant privacy comes first. Final recording boundaries and disclosure-handling language will be stated clearly before the session begins.

What is the refund policy?
