YOU CAN HANDLE AN ENTIRE LIFE.

But want something just because it turns you on? Suddenly you need a fucking permission slip.

You can manage a mortgage, raise children, lead a team, navigate a divorce, care for aging parents, and remember which fucking day the dog gets his heartworm pill.

But wanting something just because you want it? Apparently that requires a committee meeting.

You want the massage on the last day of your vacation and immediately start thinking, We already spent so much money on this trip.

THE VACATION IS ALREADY IN TUSCANY, LINDA. GET THE FUCKING MASSAGE.

You want twenty minutes of someone going down on you, and at minute four you’re already wondering if you’re taking too long.

You want an afternoon entirely to yourself and find yourself assembling evidence that you’ve earned it.

And you’re so used to doing this that it can sound like common sense.

Your body says: I want.
Your brain says: Let’s examine the implications.

By the time everybody has presented their objections, the original desire is sitting outside the conference room wondering what the fuck happened.

Here’s the thing.

Wanting something and choosing something are not the same thing.

I’m not interested in teaching you to blindly follow every impulse. I’m interested in what happens when you stop disappearing the moment you feel one.

Desire doesn’t get to make every decision.

But it does get a fucking seat at the table.

HERE’S SOMETHING I NOTICE WHEN I WORK WITH WOMEN.

Sometimes a woman tells me, “I don’t know what I want.”

And sometimes that’s true.

But sometimes the wanting already spoke. Then the committee arrived.

What will this cost?
Who will this upset?
What if I’m wrong?
What would have to change if I admitted I actually want this?

And somewhere in that cross-examination, I WANT became I DON’T KNOW.

So I’m listening for something very specific.

Is she actually unclear?
Or has wanting become consequential?

Those are two very fucking different problems.

And if she’s trying to solve the second one by thinking harder, I may interrupt her. Not because her brain is wrong. Her brain is fucking brilliant. It’s probably one of the reasons her life works as well as it does.

But I might invite her to notice what’s happening in her body before she explains the feeling away.

Where does she soften? Where does she brace? What happens when she says yes? What happens when she says no?

What was true for those three seconds before she started making it reasonable?

Sometimes I don’t give a woman a better answer.

I change where she’s looking for it.

And then we practice staying with what she finds. Because recognizing yourself in a beautiful insight is one thing.

Living differently on an ordinary Tuesday?

Oh, THAT’S where it gets interesting. 😉

FIND HER. STAY WITH HER. LIVE AS HER.

You don’t need me to build a better version of you. She’s already fucking there.

FIND HER.

The woman beneath the explanations, obligations, expectations, and very convincing reasons why now isn’t the time. The one who felt the want before the but. The one who knows when something lights her up, even if she hasn’t figured out what it means.

STAY WITH HER.

When pleasure gets intense and you want to manage it. When you’re about to tell the truth and feel the urge to soften it. When somebody sees you and your first instinct is to make yourself smaller.

We practice staying present long enough to discover that you don’t have to negotiate every feeling out of existence.

LIVE AS HER.

In the conversation where you actually say what you mean.
In the dressing room where you stop asking whether your body flatters the clothes and start asking whether the fucking clothes are worthy of your body.
In the invitation you say yes to because you genuinely want to.
In the no you give without writing a closing argument.

Not a fantasy version of you.

YOU. With the volume turned back up.

AND THE ROOM? OH, THE FUCKING ROOM. ❤️

A FUCK YES cohort together on a Zoom closing ceremony call

FUCK YES isn’t twelve weeks of sitting in the same chair taking notes about how to have a more interesting life.

It’s a live, embodied experience.

We move. We feel. We play. We experiment. We tell the truth.

And we do it with other women.

Because the group isn’t just there to make you feel supported while you do the work.

The group is part of the work.

It’s one thing to write in your journal, I want this. It’s another thing to say it out loud while other women witness you—and nobody asks you to make it more reasonable.

It’s one thing to believe you’re powerful. It’s another thing to brag about yourself without immediately handing somebody else the credit, while a room full of women fucking celebrates you.

Sometimes one woman is being coached and another woman across the Zoom is realizing:

OH FUCK. ME TOO.

That’s not audience participation.

That’s part of the magic. And the practice. And the evidence that you can be seen without having to tidy yourself up first.

DON’T JUST TAKE MY WORD FOR IT.

“I honestly feel changed after these 3 months together, both inside and out.”

— Christina, FUCK YES participant

That’s what I’m interested in. Not just another brilliant realization you can explain to your girlfriends over dinner.

Something you can actually feel changing in how you move through your life.

And yes, that might change your sex life. It might change what you create, what you ask for, what you wear, what you tolerate, how you receive love, or what you decide to do with a random Tuesday afternoon.

I can’t tell you exactly where your aliveness will take you.

But I’d really fucking love to see what happens when you stop keeping it on such a short leash.

HI. I’M MARTA. 💋

I created FUCK YES because I know what it feels like to have a life that looks good from the outside while privately wondering:

Is this it?

I also know what it feels like to discover that the answer is a spectacular, resounding FUCK NO.

Not because everything in your life has to change. But because you get to be more fully in it.

I bring my experience, my eyes, my questions, my humor, my devotion, and my willingness to interrupt a beautifully constructed explanation when I can see the woman underneath it trying to get a word in.

I will never ask you to hand me the authority over your life.

That’s the whole fucking point.

I want you to get better at hearing yourself, trusting what you hear, staying with it, and making choices that are actually yours.

And I want you to have a hell of a lot of fun along the way.

WHAT IF THIS IS WHERE IT GETS REALLY FUCKING GOOD?

Not good for your age.
Not I’ve learned to appreciate the little things good.

I mean the chapter where you look around at your own fucking life and think:

HOLY SHIT. I GET TO BE HERE FOR THIS.

FUCK YES begins Tuesday, January 5, 2027.

Twelve live sessions. Embodied practice. Real connection. A private group of women who are ready to stop watching their lives from the sidelines.
