Today you’ll learn a technique that is the equivalent of the Ctrl+Alt+Delete for your brain! WOOHOO!

Day 3 Training Plan:

  1. Watch the training video and download the 5-4-3-2-1 Flashcard (.png file provided below) for future reference

  2. Do one round of the 5-4-3-2-1 (yes, right now! Practice it while it’s fresh!)

  3. Set an alarm or reminder to practice the 5-4-3-2-1 at least once a day, every day this week. Remember: practice is how something new becomes something natural.
