  • Embodiment means using your body, your mind, and your energy as a tool for healing, connection, and self-regulation. As a group, we will gather 2x monthly over 12 weeks to practice some of the most potent embodiment tools and psychospiritual practices to help us individually and collectively REWIRE our nervous systems to work FOR US, instead of against us — so that we can step into our power, reclaim our radiance, and live every day owning our full FUCK YES to life!

  • As noted above, this is not a “tiptoe through the tulips” program — we are going ALL IN! As such, the time commitment to participate in the Core or VIP Program is a fair reflection of this.

    Here’s how it breaks down:

    • 12 Weekly Group Embodiment Sessions (via Zoom), 90 minutes each. All sessions will be recorded however, we expect you to attend live unless that is absolutely impossible for you.

    • DAILY Sacred Sister Calls (5 minutes in the AM and 5 minutes in the PM)

    • If you choose the VIP Upgrade, you will also have 3x private 90-minute coaching sessions with Marta as well as 3x VIP-only small group BONUS sessions (90 minutes each)

  • Yes. We offer payment plans through Affirm and Klarna which allow you to pay as little as $193/month (with zero interest).

  • We do not offer refunds for FUCK YES.

  • All Group Embodiment sessions for the February 2024 cohort will take place on Wednesdays from 12:00pm - 1:30pm EST, beginning on February 14. Our final session for this cohort will take place on May 1, 2024.

    The schedule for VIP small group sessions will be determined once these slots are filled — I will do my best to schedule these at a time that are most convenient for my VIPs!

  • FUCK YES is a program for female-identifying humans, which includes transgender women and nonbinary individuals.
