Grab a sheet of paper and write down three things that went well yesterday. They can be small things or significant ones. What matters is that you’re taking a moment to consciously acknowledge them, no matter how tiny.
As you write each thing down, try to ‘relive them.’ Close your eyes, if that helps, and take yourself back into the experience. Focus on the physical and emotional sensations of each experience.
Repeat this exercise again at the end of the day. In fact, make it a daily habit to end each day reflecting on Three Things That Went Well.
